Bluemont is one of Arlington's larger neighborhoods — a mostly residential community in North Arlington, south of I-66 and just west of Ballston. It's known for its parks and trail access, with shops and restaurants along Wilson Boulevard and Ballston's amenities a short distance east.
Mostly single-family homes — Cape Cods, colonials, and farmhouses, many dating to the World War II era, with newer rebuilds mixed in over the years. Townhouses appear near the neighborhood's edges.
